"How to check one or multiple tracking numbers?"

• Step 1: Access the link : https://minniedesk.com/track
• Step 2: Input your order number into the search bar and click "Track".
• Step 3: The website will show you detailed information regarding your order, including the shipment date, sender and receiver's address, and current order status.
• Step 4: If you need further assistance or have any questions, please contact the website's customer service department for help.

Note: One or more tracking numbers will be sent to the customer's email after 1-2 days, counted from the successful placement of your order.

Depending on the number of products in your order, there will be a corresponding number of tracking numbers.

For example: if you have 5 products in the same order, we will send you 5 separate tracking numbers. If we send them incorrectly, you can request us by contacting us via email.
